We got functional king room with a fantastic view as an upgrade, nice gesture. The breakfast was savoury and marvellous, we loved its variety.

The location was great and beautiful, right by tiger hill and hiking and sherlock and staff and easily accessible. Had deluxe queen room with a veiw of the garden and wake-up service was available in it.

Lovely room with hot water available between 6, a good view, balcony. Colonial decoration in the rooms, stunning location. Helpfulness from the whole staff. Location near the nature and enviroment, and a beautiful well maintained garden which provides fresh vegetables for the excellent restaurant. Also, on a very beautiful hillside. Wonderful base for exploring Udagamandalam.

We had an unforgettable stay in the next visit.
Everything was excellent, caring staff, fantastic views of the nilgiri mountain ranges. The room was well-appointed and beautifully maintained, with unique decor and it's own balcony and a fireplace for our comfort. A tub in the private bathroom was a plus.

We enjoyed our cozy stay in the mountains surrounded by nature. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and the staff was courteous and efficient. The best part was the delicious food served by great chefs using fresh vegetables from the hotel's beautiful garden. We especially loved the breakfast.

Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel is truly a treat, with a wide spread of delicious options to choose from.
While there are minor areas for improvement, overall, all aspects of this hotel were commendable.
